These municipalities may or may not be appropriate for every equity adjustment proposal. The data provided is a collection of MOUs, wages, and benefits from employers who were either surveyed by Local 21 or the City of Oakland in the past, or were suggested as possible appropriate comparisons by Local 21 members. Some municipalities may prove to be appropriate comparisons for certain equity adjustment proposals, and inappropriate comparisons for others based on a variety of factors taken into account. Data from a range of municipalities is provided below in the interest of offering a spectrum of information available as research tools. Please contact Local 21's Research department anjali@ifpte21.org to seek support in evaluating your case for an equity adjustment, developing your proposal, and evaluating which municipalities would be appropriate comparisons. Some information from featured municipalities may not be available electronically. Please note that the data resource list in progress, and is subject to revision, expansion, and deletion.
