The City divides Local 21 represented employees into two files; one for the Administrative/Personnel unit and the other for the remaining units. San Francisco Unified School District and Community College District employees who are in the same Civil Service classes and other City employees are subject to "City-wide" bumping as well. The two school districts have separate seniority lists, so you will need to check along with the two CCSF rosters.
