South Bay Council

The South Bay Council is made of Local 21 chapter leaders from the Santa Clara County's Engineers and Architects Association, City of San Jose's Association of Engineers and Architects, Valley Transportation Authority Engineers and Architects, City of East Palo Alto, Santa Clara Valley Water District's Engineer Society and Santa Clara Valley Water District's Professional Managers Association.

The Local 21 chapters participate in a monthly meeting every third Tuesday of the month at 12:00 p.m. at the San Jose office located at 675 N. First St, Suite 715, CA, 95112. Phone (408) 291-2200.
